Clients are responsible for ensuring that all artwork and files submitted are print-ready. We recommend using high-resolution formats and CMYK color mode for the best results. MozziArt is not liable for printing errors caused by incorrect file setup.
4. Proofing and Approvals
Upon request, digital or physical proofs may be provided. Final approval from the client is required before printing begins. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and MozziArt is not responsible for errors overlooked during proofing.
5. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary by project. While we strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen delays (e.g., equipment issues, material shortages) may occur. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
6. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full or partial payment may be required before production begins. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure options.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our services, returns and refunds are only available in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by MozziArt. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
8. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their original artwork. However, by submitting content, you grant Mozziart the right to use it for the sole purpose of completing your order. MozziArt retains ownership of any original design work created by our team unless otherwise agreed.
